This is a new blog with blog posts on my main genres of writing:

B. Time management
C. How to make time to write: the time management of writing
D. Productivity
E. How to be a more productive writer
F. Writing articles and blog posts
My name as the blog's author is Julie Nield and I live in central Ohio, where I am a homemaker as my spouse has the career job offer in the family. I have a single child, a son that is currently in university and therefore as a previous stay-at-home mom, now have all my time available to write.
I am a blogger and am currently working in Scrivener for Windows on a nonfiction book second draft of a series of books on the time management of writing. My big book on the subject is over 125,000 words and has 32 chapters in it.
I write mainly in Scrivener for Windows, aided by the spreadsheet facility of OpenOffice and the outliner WhizFolders. I outline and brainstorm first and write second, and am an outliner not a seat of the pants freeform writer doing it as I go.
My main aim of this blog is to help you in your writing and time management goals:
A. To find 2 more productive hours a day to spend on your writing, and double that on days off like weekends by telling you tips on how to carve out time to write
B. To make your writing better by telling you to plan it out, prepare to write, brainstorm it and outline it first and attend to how you can improve the quality of each finished piece
C. To tell you how to finish a nonfiction book publish-ready without dropping it when the thrill wears off and solve the common reasons for not at all publishing a started nonfiction book
D. To teach you how to overcome blocks and obstacles to writing
E. To show you tips on how to become a better manager of your time and more productive in your life in your career and avocations in general
F. To tell you how to make your writing compelling to read and how to get more book sold
G. To get rid of myths about writing and time management and give you realistic expectations of how you can attain realistic writing and time management goals
H. To show you how to write 3,000 to 5,000 words a day in 25 minute mini-writing sessions called Pomodoros timed with a tomato timer
I. To tell you how I do writing and time management myself and what works well for me with all my time free so I have solved one writing problem of finding spare minutes in my day
J. To tell you how to use Scrivener to write with as I am a Scrivener fan
K. To link to the better articles I have found on related subjects to writing, time management and productivity so you can find what I have found on the web already without any problems with software downloading for clicking the links
L. To do all that without selling you a product or service so it's free to you as the reader of my blog
Later on in the day today I will publish my first blog post, on how to carve out time to write and I'll write about my best tips for making the time to write.
